Project Details
Cosmote new “self-care” services aim to provide a quick and easy way for customers to pay or buy services without waiting in queues in a shop. The new Kiosk has a direct and clean interface through which users can pay their bills, buy extra airtime or pay bills from affiliated companies. Andko Digital participated in the analysis, the technical requirements and limitations and designed a sophisticated user interface that is available via a stand touch screen monitor in the shops.
